launching any engagement, we sit down with our client one on one to
have them explain their reasons for initiating a search. Here, the client
describes what they do in their respective industry, and how they set
themselves apart from all others. Understanding our client needs, strengths,
weaknesses, and vision, allows us to form the foundation of every project
we take on
research. This is the start of a successful recruitment
process and allows us to get to where we need to be

an executive that not only our clients will be happy with, but one who
contributes significantly to the growth and profitability of our client
organizations. Building value, bringing a strong work ethic and our
unique one on one approach will help insure success.
Using client input and direction, we scan the industry for competitors
and leaders where likely candidates are to be found. Our next is to
identify and contact candidates who have the industry and professional
experience we seek. Following the development of a client-approved research
strategy, we launch extensive telephone interviews or screens to determine
individuals levels of interest and qualifications. Once that first
screen is passed we provide the candidate with a position specification
and client literature, allowing the candidate to determine a potential
fit, while we ascertain their qualifications against client expectations.
We then conduct face-to-face interviews, to continue evaluating the
professional, all the while keeping our client abreast of progress.
We communicate with our client, not just who the prospects are, but
those we feel have the most appropriate qualifications our client desires.
Only at this point are the best and brightest of the candidate pool
introduced to our client. We introduce them as they become available
and this way the search-at-hand stays on track After extensive face-to-face
interviews, we are prepared to assist our client with the negotiating
process and extension of an offer. Once an offer is accepted, Rafey
& Company continues communicating with the selected candidate on
a periodic basis to insure a smooth transition to their new role and
corporate culture. All the while creating and fostering relationships
with our clients that last well into the future.
